I spent years building a life in Dubai. When I came back to Hyderabad, I realised I had let my roots go thin. No property. No foothold. Starting over in my own city.

That experience became the foundation of Felix Real Estate. I joined Flivv Developers and spent three years at the forefront of Hyderabad's growth — leading marketing and business development, and delivering landmark projects including Gulmohar Villas (HMDA & RERA-approved), Rivendell Farms, and multiple open plot ventures across the ORR and Pharma City corridor.

But what I really built was an understanding of the buyer. The NRI sending money home without knowing who to trust. The returnee who missed the appreciation wave. The family in Dubai watching Hyderabad grow from a distance, not knowing where to start.
